8:30 - 9:30 am- Power Wake-Up Class

 

10:00 am- 12:00 pm

 

Fitness Dieting: Learn How to Eat Like a Competitor

 

Organizations and Fitness Circuits in the Industry: Learn about the different show, get a detailed description and resource list of each and information on deciding which is best for you.

 

12:00 pm - 1:30 pm- Lunch Break

 

1:30-2:30 pm- Costuming, Beauty, Hair, and Make-Up

 

2:30-3:30 pm- Stage Presentation: How to look and feel confident, how to sell yourself to the judges, walking in heels, and what the judges are looking for

 

3:30-5:30 pm- Competition Training: Time to get active!  Taking you through the steps you need to train for competition. Learn about different styles of training (weight training, functional training, specific training) and what balance you need.

 

Saturday evening- Girls night out

 

Sunday, February 24th

 

8:30 - 9:00 am- Obstacle Course Preparation (there will not be an actual course at this camp) Learn what to expect, how to train off the course, how to train if you don't have a course, and resources to obstacle course training

 

9:00 - 9:30 am- Routine Training and Preparation: A brief course on how to get started, how to train, and what you need in a fitness routine.  There will also be many resources and ideas given for routine choreography.

 

9:30-10:30 am- Expense and Budgeting for Competition- what to expect and how to compete on a budget

 

10:30-11:30 am- Fitness Modeling, Sponsorships, and Other Opportunities in the Industry

 

11:30-12:15- Competition Circuit Class

 

12:15- 1:30- Lunch

 

1:30-3:00- Wrap-up
