Katie has over 10 years experience in fitness competition, coaching, and choreography.  Her passion is motivating and training other girls for fitness competition. 

Katie has numerous titles in the fitness industry including 2001 Miss Fitness Universe, 2001 Women's Tri-Fitness World Champion, 2003 Miss Bikini America, and 2006 Miss Bikini Universe.

Katie has also been a successful fitness model and a sponsored Muscletech athlete since 2000.  Katie is Vice-President of SB Wellness Group, Inc., a corporate wellness company that specializes in wellness programs for large and small companies.  She has trained a fitness team call Louisiana Explosion since 1998.  Katie has led girls to the Women's Tri-Fitness Competitions, Fitness America and Fitness Universe Pageants, NPC, IFBB, and FAME Fitness Competitions Events. 

Katie has choreographed numerous fitness routines and consulted women from all over on competition needs.  Katie also directed and choreographed for the Baton Rouge Blaze Starz Cheerleaders, an AFL Football Team.  Katie then directed and choreographed the dance team for the Baton Rouge Kingfish Hockey Team.  Katie is also a mother!  She has managed to do this while raising her 13-year daughter Brooke who has cerebral palsy.  Brooke has been her driving force and has given her unbelievable motivation and determination.  Katie feels blessed to get to share this gift with other women entering the fitness industry.
